Alexander “Master Toolmaker” Universal Precision Milling Machine

This machine is powered from a normal single phase 240V supply, through a 2.2kw inverter providing the 3 phase power required for the massive 1.5hp two speed motor mounted on the rear base of the machine.
The mill has the 10 3/8″ x 17 1/4″ Angular Table fitted to the vertical table.
Also included are the milling vice and a number of accessories, including boring head, drill chuck, face cutter and approx 30 collets as shown in the photos.
The power feed allows the table to be moved both vertically and horizontally.
There is a mechanically driven coolant pump within the base of the mill – note this has not been tested.
Collection in person of this mill is available. Note that the weight of main body of the mill with the motor and angular table fitted (excluding a milling head) is approx 530kg. Shipping to GB non-remote postcodes with Monday to Friday anytime delivery is available for the price given in the listing. If shipping to Highland/Remote/NI postcodes is required or Saturday or AM / PM delivery, please contact me for the additional cost. This item will be shipped on two pallets, with the main mill body on one pallet, and the remaining items on the second pallet.
If you have a 3 phase supply in your workshop, and don’t need the 240V inverter, please contact me so that I can deduct the cost of the inverter from the purchase price.
