This is a Myford ML10 lathe with serial number 149706M whose year of manufacture can be dated to 1981. The headstock has roller bearings as were fitted to later models of the ML10 lathe and it is powered by a single phase 240V motor.
It has brand new vee belts on the primary drive motor to countershaft and secondary drive countershaft to headstock.
The M suffix to the serial number means that it is fitted with a 3mm pitch metric leadscrew, although both imperial and metric threads can be cut using the appropriate change gears.
