This is an Amolco milling attachment serial number MA893 with a mounting for use with a Myford ML10 lathe.
There is also a separate solid base plate with dovetail mounting allowing stand alone operation.
It is powered by a single phase 180W 240V motor by Brook Crompton Parkinson.
The spindle accepts 2MT Myford collets, and there are three collets (1/4″, 3/8″ & 1/2″) included, together with the Myford nose piece and closure tool.
This milling attachment looks to be in pristine condition, with very little if any signs of use. As an example, the belt cover has little or no marking where it is held in place by the spring clips; on other machines I have seen, the finish to the belt cover crazes with age, and the paint gets rubbed off by the spring clips. Please review the photos to review the condition of the machine for yourself.
For the avoidance of any doubt, this ML10 lathe shown in the photos is not included in this sale.
