This is a Myford Super 7 lathe bearing the serial number SK134041 which dates the year of manufacture to the date range 1976 to 1979. Power cross feed is fitted as standard to this lathe. The serial number of the quick change gearbox is QC133023.
The micrometer dials to the cross slide and top slide are imperial, as is the leadscrew handle and rule markings to the tailstock spindle barrel. There is also a screw cutting dial indicator fitted.
It is fitted with a 1425RPM single phase 240V, 550W Brook Crompton Parkinson motor.
It has brand new vee belts on the primary drive motor to countershaft and secondary drive countershaft to headstock, plus a new spindle wick and wiper felt.

The former owner has also modified operating handle to top slide so as to raise the handle clear of the cross slide.
Note that the gearbox has been drained of oil, ready for shipping. It will need to be refilled as part of commissioning this lathe in your workshop.
