This is a Marlow Milling Machine Model #2 with the serial number 999.
It is powered from a standard 240V power supply, with a frequency inverter providing the conversion needed for the 3 phase motor that drives the spindle via an intermediate pulley. 10 drive speeds are available through the belt and pulley drive system, with the frequency inverter providing variable speed control via its potentiometer.
The spindle accepts MT3 tooling. Also included is a selection of cutter holders and drawbars.
The table size is 28″ x 6 1/2″, with a max height of 14″ between the table and the spindle excluding tooling. The head of the mill rotates + / – 30 degrees.
The weight of this mill is between 400 and 450Kg, once sited on your workshop floor it wont move around!
Shipping to GB non-remote postcodes with Monday to Friday anytime delivery is available for the price given in the listing. If shipping to Highland/Remote/NI postcodes is required or Saturday or AM / PM delivery, please contact me for the additional cost. The item will be bolted onto a pallet for delivery. I will also remove the X, Y, Z handwheels so they don’t getting knocked in transit, it should be a simple task to refit them when you commission this mill in your workshop.
